Roo and I have been flirting with the idea of buying a house for months and decided to actively search a few weeks ago. Little did we know that we would find the house of our dreams, the house we can raise a family in, right away, but we did! 2 days after seeing it for the first time, we knew that it was ours and the rest is history. Now, we're at the mercy of the bank (short sales suck) and have no definite closing date as of yet... and our lease is up.F.
Yeay for impulsivity!
